I was at the senior citizen center Friday and when I went to leave my car door was locked, I didnโt lock but sometime if I lean up against something it will mash the button and lock the doors. After trying myself and 4 other guys came over to help but to no avail I gave up and called State Farm . I understand that State Farm only pays x amount and if the provider charges more itโs on you.
The lady called around to see if she could find someone to help , about an hour later (45miles from Dallas) Dave grant came driving up with a new battery for the key fob because we all thought that was the problem but no so he found a way to open the door so I could get in and drive, every thing works fine from inside but the key fob will not work.
He came all the way over to help me and save me some money and all he wanted was a handshake , now thatโs CUSTMER SERVICE above and beyond my monthly premium but that is who DAVE GRANT is .
If you are looking for an insurance agent there is a great example of someone that cares enough to go the extra mile.
