  We love coming to play and eventually tired having dinner. I think we've eaten there at least 8 times.... Unfortunately, there wasn't a time when I have either waited a crazy long time for someone to acknowledge me or once I was charged for my check and someone else's. Constant mistakes with food. It's just sad because my son really loves the games. I really hope that corporate will take charge of the restaurant and fix it.

  Unfortunately we sat for over 20 minutes and didn’t see an employee beyond the front desk. It was not busy either. A few people stood at the bar the entire time we were there. We just decided to try elsewhere.

  We visited this location earlier today and the manager took care of an issue promptly. I did not catch his name, but I sure appreciated his professionalism and friendliness. Hopefully, the employee who caused the issue will receive the necessary training so such behavior does not happen to your other customers.

  Terrible restaurant service. I basically had to get up and ask for everything… they also forgot an entire meal. Took over and hour and half to eat and the place wasn’t busy.

  Lots of unattended kids running around almost feral, to no surprise The human claw game isn’t working yet and is $20 per try when it is, or $30 for 2. The prizes in the human claw machine were inflatables you could get 4 for a dollar a the dollar store Went to go buy some tokens but the card reader was ripped out so haha, nope. It’s super expensive for what it is and if you’re looking to have a fun night out for adults, this probably isn’t it unless you’re okay being drunk around a lot of children, which seemed to be the vibe
