  We have the pleasure of working with Dave & Buster’s, specifically with Dee Walsh and Raja Biswas. Our current collaboration for our upcoming holiday party has been especially seamless and enjoyable. Their team consistently demonstrates professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to creating memorable experiences. From initial emails and our menu tasting visits to final execution details , they’ve been proactive in accommodating our needs, offering creative solutions, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. I truly appreciate their flexibility and enthusiasm, which makes them a standout vendor and a trusted partner for our corporate events. We are completely impressed with the hospitality of their team members and the fine attention to details. The food has been nothing short of amazing and unique along with their entertainment. We are truly so excited to host our upcoming holiday party at Dave and Busters and look forward to coordinating many more with their team.   Took my daughter here for her 18th birthday tonight. What a complete waste of money!! $260+ spent (we ordered burgers btw, nothing special) and the food was absolutely garbage!! The burgers were no better then Wendy's and garnished with dry bacon and I got fries instead of the salad I ordered and when I tried to call her back she disappeared so long that I gave up and just gave my fries away. It's ridiculously overpriced. The games were also stupidly expensive and the prizes were literally dollar store crap!! I would never EVER go here again. I highly recommend anybody reading this review to avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting money for subpar food and service. This place was such a letdown. I left hungry at the end of the night after only being able to eat part of my dinner.😣 This was supposed to be my daughter's special 18th birthday dinner and it ended up being absolute crap!! Never again!

  Arcade wise I had a great experience here as a date, similar vibes and atmosphere to Rec Room. But onto the food, service and food were terrible!! Took very long for the waitress to get our order, got our food before our drinks, and 1 of the drinks was just a fountain drink which by the way came very last to the table. The mozzarella sticks were 5 sad overcooked sticks that cost me $11. No napkins, and took forever for her to give us any, and she only checked on us once. Not worth it. Wouldn't return. I'd recommend Rec Room over here for arcade and food.

  Travelled 2hrs to get here only to find out that they had a private event today. Their website did not say anything about their limit availability. This was absolutely disgusting of their part. My sister and I came all this way to celebrate her 7th birthday only for us to get rejected because the space was booked. She was looking forward to coming to this establishment and now she’s crying because what was supposed to be a happy day, turned out to be a complete disappointment.

  I had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s today! The atmosphere was lively and fun as always, but what really made my visit stand out was the amazing service from Johnson, one of the employees. He went above and beyond to help me out! He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making your experience enjoyable, and Johnson definitely did that!! I definitely recommend this location
