I ordered top shelf vodka and 7up in a tall. It was very weak couldn't taste the Gray Goose! For $11 a glass I would expect a full shot of liquor! I sat and watched the young man pour other drinks and noticed he was only pouring half shots at best? I mentioned to another bartender that I couldn't taste the vodka she replied "because you ordered it in a tall glass"? I've worked as a bartender so I know what a full shot is, and if a customer is dissatisfied with something make it right. So the question, is he inexperienced or has the management told the bartenders to pour small shots to save money?
Thus the 2 stars.
Hint: serve first drink stiff and most patrons will spend loads of $$.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I booked a semi-private party table expecting at least decent service for our group, and what we got was practically nothing.
From the moment we sat down, it felt like we were invisible. Staff walked past us repeatedly, but not once did anyone stop to check on us, ask how things were, or see if we needed anything. We had to actively hunt someone down just to get our reserved table arranged.
Throughout our entire stay, not a single person came by to offer drink refills. Empty glasses just sat on the table. Several of us went up to the bar, hoping to get service there, but we were completely ignored by the bartenders as well, who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers.
It's completely unacceptable to provide this level of non-service, especially when you've made a reservation for a party. It ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday occasion. We felt completely unwelcome and neglected. Do not book a part here. You will be disappointed.
We were excited to go and try this place since we finally got one in our town, but couldn't have been much more disappointed. We got an eat and play package that came to $60 for 2 basic meals and 100 game points each. Which sounds like a lot. But the games take many points per game
First, the service was very inattentive and slow. We ordered the fish and chips and the chicken and fries. It took a total of an hour between how long it took them to take our order and when we got our food. In the meantime, we each had a drink, which was extremely weak. Finally we got our food. (A gentleman who had come in way after us got his food before us) I ordered the fish and chips. My husband ordered the chicken strips and fries. The fish was okay. The fries were cold and disgusting, the coleslaw that came with it was gross and dry, and my husband's chicken look like it.It had been almost cremated. We ended up leaving a good chunk of our food. We decided to order one more drink to have while we played games (which were big Chuck E Cheese style games) and paid for those so that we could go play some games. 4 weak drinks came to $56!
We were super discouraged by this point but were going to try some of the games. We went to the air hockey table. It took 12 points to play, and about 5 minutes in, even though we weren't done with our game, it shut off and was going to require us to put more points on to continue our game. We left!! So, in summary, we spent total of a hundred and sixteen dollars for crappy food, one game and a lot of regret!. BIG money suck for not a good time.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. We brought the kids here last night and ordered our meals, my niece ordered the chicken tenders with the $20 play card. After we ordered we went to play some games, when we came back to the table our food had arrived. That’s when my niece realized that she has been brought a kids order of chicken strips. After waiting for 15 minutes for the waitress to return she decided to just start eating because we figured they would most likely just bring her a couple more chicken strips and maybe a bit more fries. After another 5-10 minutes our waitress finally came back and we addressed the issue with her, she told us that because she had started eating, that there was nothing she could do. We explained that it would be fine if she could just bring a bit more to make up for the small portion and she just kept repeating the same thing and refused to provide any sort of solution to the problem. Not to mention that when we got the bill, we were charged for the adult sized chicken fingers. So basically they made a mistake and gave us a small portion, then refused to supplement it, then charged us for food that we never got. It’s honestly laughable. Not to mention that we had to flag her down for more drinks, and our waters were never refilled unless we asked. Poor table service, incredibly poor customer service. This place has a cool spot to watch sports, but I will never go back as I’m not going to risk being given a half portion and charged for a full and having to chase down the servers and then treated dismissively.

I went here for the first time last week for a work event, was not sure what to expect (I had only seen the commercial for other D&B’s in other cities) but after going, I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much fun it actually was!
Our group did one of the “team building arcade games” options that they offer for larger groups (i think we had 16 people) our group reserved two connecting “rooms” (they are not enclosed by walls, but by what looks like “chainmail curtains that slide across to separate the rooms) In the first room there was a really cool dart board that had a high tech screen around it, sensors, and scoreboard, the other room had a very nice shuffleboard with a screen behind it with showed the scoreboard. The shuffleboard was surrounded by a bar with barstools so people could sit around and watch as they enjoyed their drinks and food. We played both and it was great!
There are also lots of “classic” and modern arcade game to play throughout the game floor, which had small tables placed in several locations so you could place your drink or snack while you played your game.
Our D&B’s game host was really friendly and patient, and she did an excellent job with guiding our teams through the games and explaining how everything worked, I just wish I could remember her name so I could give her more credit.
Our group had a great time overall and the food/drinks were all very tasty, I especially liked the sliders. I also liked how the prizes room was set up, allowing customers to walk through it like a store, giving them the opportunity to touch and look at all the prizes that they could trade their winning tickets for.
Overall, this place was cleaner than a Chucky Cheese, had food and actually cocktails, and was really fun! I would recommend D&B’s for sure from this first experience partly because every employee we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, everything was new, clean, there were lots of different game options.
If someone was looking for a place to host a fun event with friends, family, or colleagues, or wanted to grab some “bar food” and a couple drinks while they released their “inner child” on the arcade, or even just watch a sporting event on a massive TV (or one of the smaller ones) for a few hours without dealing with creepy animatronics or a bunch of little kids running around, I would recommend Dave & Busters in Spokane Valley.
The only thing I cannot comment on is the prices and the value because it was a work event so, it was paid for by the company, which always makes things a little more enjoyable, haha 😉.
