  We went here between 4 and 7pm for happy hour. They were supposed to have $5 glasses of wine. A couple glasses after, we found out we were charged $13.95 each. Server kept on disappearing on us and took forever to get the check. The music was so loude, I thought we were in a disco or at a concert. There were only 2 others at the bar with us. We did not eat, but the food the other guests had looked okay; typical bar fare of chicken tenders. This is false advertising if ever there was. When I challenged the server about happy hour, she smugly stated 'Oh, we don't do that here.' Never going back and I urge the reader not to go. It was a huge disappointment.

  Weird little hostess but our waitress was great, she even matched my energy and said sorry about the BS at the beginning. We weren't very hungry had just ate breakfast a couple hrs ago so we played first then split their Philly cheesesteak and it was AMAZING!! We did a game and eat combo and got 100 chips, our 2 year old had a blast!!! We won enough tokens for a toy and shot glass. All in all GREAT EXPERIENCE. Highly recommend that Philly!!!!

  Dave and buster is a okish place, the food is pretty good and the drinks are alright. The server was very nice and help my family understand how the cards for the arcade work since it was our first time being there. We got the 40 dollar pack , mind you there where 4 of us , two adults and two kids, we did NOT think it would be ALMOST 300 DOLLARS. There should be absolutely no reason 3 burgers and one chicken finger plate plus 4 playing cards with only 30 $ credits should be that much. Also my daughter got her invisalign taken away by the server, I understand it was not his fault but yk what I mean. There where is the invisalign case and he still took them, we know have to wait 2 weeks for she can put her neck retainer in. Would not go agian.

  We went last weekend for my son birthday, we done the eat and play for 5 of us and the bill was almost 300 dollars, asked the server and she was consistent in saying it's right. We ended up losing an hour talking with the 2 managers that need to train there servers from scamming people. We got a 65 dollar refund because she charged us for 10 cards and we got 5. Someone's running a scam, but anywho. We get refunded 65 dollars wait 3 days to get our money back and they done nothing to try to make it right. Just here's your refund slip have a nice day. Ill never go back to any dave and busters because of you guys. My son's 10th birthday and all he wanted was to go to dave and busters well after waisting 2 hours on vacation he done with your chain as well
