The staff didnt really listen to our request for a booth as well as another customers request for a highchair. We were put in a table with chairs and the other customer was given a booster seat instead of a highchair that I clearly heard her ask for. They had to turn around and go grab one. The waiter came to our table 4 different times while I was in the restroom and even after my husband told him he was waiting for me to order. The waiter hovered over our table frequently and toward the end, we had to wave him down and ask him for the one refill on our drinks that we got. There were only 4 tables (including ours) in the whole restaurant. We were not too impressed...

Great location! I saw staff going around cleaning the arcade machines frequently. I love how the ticket shop you can shop around yourself without having thr cashier get every little thing for you. I feel that made the lines move really quick. Had a blastbwith my family at the arcade.

Huge selection of games. We wanted to play before we ate, so they told us to buy entree discount cards and show receipts to servers. That through them off a bit. Our waitress was new. Prompt to bring menus and take order. Brought drinks, but didn't get food for an hour. Got order wrong and forgot app. But amazingly two managers came to talk to us and were great. All was good with service. Sliders were good, as well as chick sand, pasta was so so.

Took my daughters out for a fun Friday night dinner and then our usual arcade stop. We spent about $75 playing games $50 to start off then a extra $25 recharge , aiming to build up tickets for a big prize. On our second try at the fishbowl game, my oldest hit the 2,000 ticket jackpot! With what we already had, we totaled around 3,500 tickets just enough for the prize she wanted. But when we went to redeem it, the staff started questioning when I got the card and if we really played the game. Like WTH we were here the whole time! They even tried to remove 1,000 tickets from our card after reviewing our game card sheet they printed out. After nearly 25 minutes of back and forth with a manager, and showing them a photo of my daughter celebrating the jackpot, they finally approved the redemption. Manager did apologize for the wait. The whole situation was annoying. Towards the end when clearing everything the manager says, “Good thing you had that picture.” Smhhh… very frustrating over some tickets. So FYI: if you ever hit a jackpot at the arcade take a picture. You might need it. 🤷‍♂️

Food was good, the kids loved the games. But our service was terrible. We went in about an hour before close, our server, Leif, was irritated when we got sat and told us instantly that he was trying to get closed down before the concert we attended ended. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and when we said we would need another minute he told us that the kitchen would be closed in ten minutes, we asked if the closing time online was correct because if it was really closing in 10 minutes we would have left since I am a server myself and understand , he said that it’s correct but the kitchens closing which I’m confused about, I thought that would be listed online.. he did not leave to enter our appetizer but stood there waiting for us to decide what we wanted. A coulple tables came in after us, which also made the closing time more confusing as to why we were being rushed. Leif got another table, that told us they had bad service on their way out, so he went away for a minute to get them started and that allowed us to look through the menu in peace for a minute. We got our food ordered soon after. Our appetizer and entree came out at the same time which is whatever but they came without an acknowledgement or question if we needed anything. Leif was rushy and rude all until I told him I was a server myself and when it was time to tip he told me to keep going higher on my percentage, as a joke clearly but not funny when he wasn’t very friendly or funny to begin with.
