Food was pretty good and the games were not bad, for the most part. The Virtual Reality game there was much cooler than I thought it would be. I'd only been once over 5 years ago and It's more of an adult arcade than child play place than I recalled - which was fine with me!
- KGKelly GSep 5, 20252.0We came in with a group of 9 but sat at different tables. So a group of 3 and another seperate group of 6. Middle of summer we all ordered either water or lemonade. ONE person ordered an alcoholic beverage. We waited 20 minutes for our server to figure out how to make the alcohol before anyone else got water. Serve acted like she was dumbfounded why were all hot and thirsty. And then she charged us a "Large group" which forced a gratuity tip she didn't earn. And obviously Dave and busters policy can be found online: "Large group consists of 20 or more persons" so she obviously scammed us. Which I'd call a theft. She knew what she was doing because she knew she provided horrible service!
