We went on a Wednesday afternoon and realized it was half credits on the games! The eat and play combo saved us a bunch of money, and we got to play even longer. Food was really good. My husband had the burger, I had the fish and chips and our son had the kids quesadilla. Towards the end we got a cotton candy that ended up being the size of our heads (additional $7, but worth it), And the prize selection was great. Will definitely be coming back here!

Bartender Rodrigo is a hardworking man, made sure we were well taken care of. Very fun experience, our group had the best time with the games. The ticket store has lots of low ticket item, cheapest item is 30 tickets.

It's a very fun place to go on a date or with family and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. It gets crowded very quickly so make sure to be mindful of your children if you take them there.

Went there yesterday and our waitress appeared to be racist. We are an interracial couple and we expect some looks but not horrible service. We ordered our food and drinks and were not offered a game card. We had to ask another waitress for a game card. We played games until our food was on the table... after we ate some of our food we decided not to let our game card expire because we only had ninety min to use it. My date and I got up and our waitress basically ran over to us. We explained that we were going to play some games and then come back but were informed that was an option. I told her we would pay the check when we returned to the table but she hurried up and ran to get our check and take my money... once we got back to the games we tried to play a game but for some reason our UNLIMITED game card wasn't allowed at that one game... we talked to someone who claimed to be a manager but she seemed less than thrilled to talk to us and basically gave us a bogus story and walked away not caring about customer satisfaction. Keep in mind during all of these issues our game card was steadily running out of time. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and the manager only said she would have a word with our waitress. Nothing to make the customer happy. After leaving I called dave and busters to talk to a manager and I was told that they dont allow customers to call and talk to managers and complain that we had to send an email to the store. I figured this was better than an email so that all of you that read this can see that when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction dave and busters doesnt care....

No priority for safety, lack of care for families or children safety - Walked in 6 open booths. We have a 1 year old. Only me my wife and daughter (3) Restaurant was not packed, honestly empty and no waiting times. Due to server constraints they could not set us in a booth, however could seat us in a high top literally right next to the booths. I explained that is not safe for a 1 year old toddler. Their next recommendation was to double or triple stack high chairs for our 1 year old. The host instead of accommodating a family, which could have easily asked a server to take one table instead of a high top, literally suggested two safety risks, and indicated that our 1 year old should be fine in either situation. Been a customer here over 20 times, this experience really breaks trust. I wouldn’t care if they did not have room or seats, but to suggest directly to put our daughter in safety risk situations is inexcusable. • Suggesting a 1.4-year-old sit at a high-top table = dangerous fall risk • Double/triple stacking high chairs = EXTREMELY unsafe (chairs can tip, collapse, or trap the child) • Refusing safe seating when open booths were available = poor service + safety neglect
