  It was an enjoy able experience with my family for my daughter's birthday Brandy and Ian was our servers and they were amazing our needs were met we were attended to always it was just awesome I can't wait to go back

  Manager Jamal or whatever his name is worst customer service I've ever encountered from a manager .. down stairs bar tried to get a promotion that is on Plymouth meeting website and beraded me like I'm dumb I do know how to read showed him the website and still proceeded to talk to me like I was an issue for asking for something that dave and busters is advertising .. he should find another profession clearly he is in the wrong business

  There are no words to describe how horrible our experience was tonight at the restaurant. Every step of the way was a complete and total failure. It would take all night to list everything that went wrong... just take my advice and go someplace else.

  Went here on Friday night for dinner and games. While eating dinner a mouse was running around the floor. At that point we lost our appetite. The manager came over and said these things happen from time to time, offering only an apology. We were then given our check of full price even though we clearly barely touched our food and lost our appetite. Not a great experience.

  Hosted a party. Booking and coordination before the event went very smoothly and our events coordinator was kind and quick with communication. The actually service and benefits of booking a party vs just coming as standard guests was extremely underwhelming for all the guest. Essentially paid an admin fee to have a table set aside for a few hours (which was unnecessary cause the dining area was pretty empty on a Saturday night) and to purchase discounted play cards. The included party platter was a sad pile of mediocre wings and our drinks and shots were watered down to the point that we couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. Majority of staff acted as if it was their first day. Paperwork for the party was overly complicated and drawn out. Had to pay separate bills for the reservation and food; on top of that I had to wait 15min for the staff to show up with those bills and receipts. Their arcade games are overpriced in this day and age. This is not the Dave & Busters I remember from pre-Covid. I used to enjoy D&B’s food and atmosphere, but I can see why their stock is tanking and investors are pulling out. If you’re planning a party, just show up and play, don’t bother trying to book a formal event; just do a walk-in. Honestly in order for D&B to survive the next few fiscals, they’re going to have to bring a much better customer experience. Right now they’ve got: - Mediocre food - Overpriced/broken games - Junk Prizes - Watery Cocktails - Slow staff - Poorly Incentivized Party Booking
