  ⭐ 1 out of 5 stars My experience at the Pittsburgh Dave & Buster’s was absolutely unbelievable — and not in a good way. My pregnant wife, my child, and I came in around 1 o’clock on a Saturday, and even though it wasn’t busy at all, we could not get waited on to save our lives. After standing around for what felt like forever, I had to hunt down a bartender just to get a single drink. When we decided to eat, we went back to the front desk, where the employee simply pointed us toward the dining room. We waited there, watching another Dave & Buster’s employee just stand around doing nothing the entire time. We never got seated, never got served — so we finally turned around and left. To make matters worse, many of the employees looked completely out of it — eyes glazed over, clearly not focused, and definitely not doing their jobs. It was an absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. If this is the kind of service Dave & Buster’s is offering in Pittsburgh, they’ve seriously lost their way.

  The food is very low quality. Salad has a lot of black lettuce. Gross.. nachos are absolutely terrible

  Great entertainment. Food was good but pricey. Seating at the restaurant for food was confusing.

  This place is absolutely horrendous. If you want a good experience go to the one in the waterfront. Everything about this place is terrible from the bar to the food to the workers. Don't waste your time and thank me later
