Had so much fun with my kids. Best option for us was to do the $55 for 90 minutes of unlimited games. Definitely will be going back.

Many machines broken, with very few games available/functioning for the unlimited play card. Went in the morning so maybe they didn't have the time to catch them all after night shift, but it severely limited our play options.

Went twice to take grandsons for their birthday 2 on 1s with their grandparents. The kids love it! Sometimes the videogames didn’t work. Think the staff might patrol regularly to check them and place out of order signs on those that need attention. We have sought staff assistance on prior visits, but it can take a long while for attention, and young kids’ attention spans are low and they become impatient and so we found it more tolerable to simply move on, even though their chips (or whatever they are called that pays for the game use) are simply wasted. Not a huge deal, but a friendly suggestion?

Food was as expected, cooked right. Staff was very friendly. The problem is a lot of the games are old and busted. They need major arcade repairs.

Overall still a fun place to go with friends, however the arcade definitely needs maintenance. A good number of games had issues that ranged from minor inconvenience, like only one of two players being available, to being completely unacceptable, like a football game taking my credit but not starting due to the start button being broken. This was also evidenced by the 6+ credits that had been added over time by other people having the same issue. Besides the prize counter staff and the bar staff, I didn't see anyone else floating around to solve these types of problems, and this was on a busy Friday evening. Of all the games we played throughout thr arcade, I would wager that 20-30% of the games had one issue or another. The bean bag toss game wouldn't dispense bean bags. The Halo game was completely turned off. The clown ball throw game only had the bottom row working. Baseball throw was working, then wasn't. The Cyberpunk 2077 game taking credits on both sides, but only one gun was actually working. Etc. Etc. We still had fun with the games that were working, but with this arcade being on the smaller side compared to others, it was disappointing to see so many having issues, and losing a decent number of credits. If you don't have the staff to fix the games, then at least get someone out to a) put an out of service sign up, and b) refund people their expensive credits easily and efficiently. I probably wasted at least $5 just due to a game taking the credit but then not actually working, and I didn't feel like going downstairs to the counter just to even ask. Food was decent enough, about what you'd expect from D&B, and the people we did interact with like the bartender, waiter, and prize counter folks were all pleasant enough.
