  We came here with our daughter who is six, and she played games, earned tickets, had a great time. When it came time to cash in her tickets, she found the prize she wanted and we took it to the counter. She was short 200 tickets for her purchase, which I already knew and was prepared to just pay the difference for the item. However, the gentleman who was checking us out, his name was Brandon, graciously used his own game card so that she wouldn’t have to pay the difference to get her prize. He told us it was not a big deal. He always keeps extra tickets on his card so that he can help a kid out when they needed it. This was so thoughtful and she was so excited and his kindness totally made our experience that much better!

  I have been to many D&B locations around the south, but this one here has to be the most inconsiderate of them all. The food and drinks were mostly good, but the service was not. There weren’t any game techs on the floor being aware of the machines, so multiple games were out of order or malfunctioning. I lost credits on a game, alerted staff, and waited 10/15 minutes for a tech to give me free-play or refund for it, but they never showed. Went to management for solution and was met with incompetence and rudeness even after speaking with multiple staff about it. Needless to say, I left without a solution and would not return to this location!

  Thank you Dave and Buster's PCB. I was in town a few weeks ago for work. I searched the entire area for sports bar and grill restaurants and they all closed at 10pm , but I was trying to watch my Dodgers play. Dave and Buster's was open til 12am. I headed that way. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Everything I ordered was spot on, the gentleman working the bar was always right there keeping the draft beer in my glass cold. The game went 11 innings til just after midnight and they didn't shut everything off right at 12am. I was able to watch the entire game and leave happy with a Dodger victory, as well as, a victory stumbling across this Dave and Buster's ! Great job guys! I highly recommend this restaurant for fast and friendly service. They'll treat you right.

  We were waiting on our kids. My husband was standing near a table with 4 women waiting for me to find them. By the time I got back (within 2 minutes) security was telling him to leave because he was invading their privacy and they screamed at me he was “offending” them, and asking me, in a condescending way, “did you find your kids?” We got kicked out. Kids still inside. Because we paid $200 for our kids to play and waited on them and stood to close to some women for two minutes.

  I had previously left a bad review that I've now deleted. The management and staff have, on more than one occasion, got above and beyond what was necessary. One case specifically, my daughter lost a ring that was a family heirloom at a boxing game. We spent some time trying to find it but couldn't. A young lady named Brittany found it and a young woman named Bree helped us find Brittany. That might not seem like a big deal to some, but it was to us, especially my daughter, me, and her mom. It was refreshing to see people do the right thing just because it was right. No selfishness, no greed, just good people. Thank you Brittany and Bree.
