Shana the bartender was amazing! She was very attentive and asked a ton of questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! She was also super helpful with buying a card for the arcade.

Came in as a group of 5. It was our first time going there. Wasn’t busy at all which was nice. We played a few games before wanting to have a couple drinks and eat. The bartender woman had to go get our server from wherever which was fine. We didn’t wait that long for him to come by. However, when he did, he stood right next to our table waiting for us to order without saying anything. He continued to stand there without saying a word leaning on the booths. When he finally stood to face us, we realized he was dozing off. Our server was actually closing his eyes and swaying as if he was on drugs. when one of us asked if he was good, he responded with a delayed response/reaction that he was tired. It was mostly mumbled/incomprehensible words. He was VERY slow on taking our orders and barely said anything to us at all. The whole interaction of ordering our food took so long because he was not all there. I have never seen a person act like this at any place I have been to. Mind you, it was not busy at all that night. It was just our table and a couple people at the bar (who he was not serving). We got our drinks like water and cocktails within 10-15 mins. The bartender brought us our nachos (bc we asked her personally) , but we didn’t get anything else such as our flatbread , crisp, guac and fries that we ordered. We waited a bit more for the other food to come out but it never did after about 45 min or so. We asked the woman bartending about our food and she stopped mid conversation to talk to our server. She told us she didn’t have our table and to ask our server who was right there. We just didn’t feel comfortable asking him because he did not seem okay. We did end up asking him and he didn’t say anything. He started to look for our order but ended up trying to take our order again that should have already been ordered. We ended up telling him to just close the tab and give us the bill because we already waited long enough. It seemed like the bartender was fed up with him, and so were we. No hate to her, just the guy that served us last night. He may have been REALLY tired but honestly it seemed like someone on drugs. Never had an interaction like this with someone before. We called the place today to complain and they said their general manager would call us back but no call. I never received service here before but this was an odd interaction that I felt needed to be said. To our server , get some sleep if it really was just that or do your extracurricular activities when not working :)

Tonight we had the pleasure of being served by Alaysia. They made our date night so much more special, they were one of the nicest servers I’ve had in a while. They went above and beyond with customer service, recommending some of the best dishes I’ve had in Overland Park and Lee’s summit combined. Me and my fiancée will definitely be back

D&B is super nice , we had a 8th birthday party here for 15 kids. Only caveat is they are super expensive for the whole private room package and game passes for the kids and they say you can come in early to decorate (birthday party) but ended up with about 5 minutes waiting on manager to finish talking. That was pretty aggravating. There is a lot of fun things to do for both adults and kids. Similar to a casino but with video games.

Believe it or not, we had a wedding reception here. I, being old, didn't know how well that would work, but boy, did people have fun. Food was served banquet style in a private room, with plenty of room for everyone. Guests were all given cards to play games. After the speeches and food, everyone took off to play games and had a great time. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Prompt, courteous and always present when needed. I wasn't sure how this would go, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Everyone had a great time.
