  Beware if you go to the bar, I came back on multiple occasions hoping for a different experience because trying to stay positive of maybe service was just having a bad day BUT nope 4th time back and BAR SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE once again, the guy that’s always at the bar just completely ignores you and the bar 90 percent of the time is EMPTY as much as you draw attention he gives no effort or attention to even get your order! We wait over and over and unless you yell to get a order he doesn’t even care and acts like he’s doing so much. Once he eventually knowledges he gives such a unwelcoming bothered look. This is over and over and we stated already we are never coming back because I hate honestly hate going to this bar. It never changes and it’s the same bar people who don’t care to even take your acknowledge your Oder. They take forever just for a shot alone so imagine. Don’t bother they are just unpleasant to be around

  Very disappointing experience at Dave & Buster’s Orlando. After having a great time watching the UFC at their Seattle location, we decided to visit again while in Orlando. We even booked a table in advance and requested to sit near the big screens. Upon arrival, staff assured us they would switch the channel to the UFC as soon as the college football game ended. We waited 25 minutes — no channel change, and no one came to take a drink order. I eventually had to flag down another server just to find out who was supposed to be helping us. When our server finally arrived, we ordered right away and asked again about the UFC. She told us someone was changing the channel, but another 20 minutes passed, our food arrived, and the fights were still not on. I ended up streaming the fights on my phone at the table. After repeatedly being told the channel was being changed, we finally went to the hostess stand to ask directly. We were told the manager had decided not to show the fights tonight, with no explanation. So essentially, we were misled the entire time — likely just so we’d continue ordering food and drinks. This is especially disappointing given that Dave & Buster’s advertises its partnership with the UFC and claims to show every fight night and pay-per-view. Instead, they left the big screens and scattered screens around the bar showing random TV shows. When it came time to pay, our server stood over our shoulders watching the tip screen, despite having ignored us for most of the night and being dishonest about the situation. The food was fine — typical bar fare — but the lack of communication, service, and honesty completely ruined the experience. We won’t be returning, and I’d suggest anyone hoping to watch the UFC here look elsewhere

  We came during happy hour and for the Thursday night wing special, and everything was fantastic! The renovations look great, the atmosphere was lively, and my kids absolutely loved all the games. It was a great value for the money—especially considering how much fun we all had. The bartender (an older gentleman with braids and readers) was exceptionally kind and attentive. I wish I’d caught his name because he really stood out. Our server was also wonderful; friendly, patient, and clearly handling a busy crowd with ease. It’s nice to see this location thriving again. We’ll definitely be back!

  Went on a Monday night for the arcade and some $10 wings and football on the big screen. Spent at least 2 hours here. Food and drinks at the bar were great! Arcade games were good, with reasonable prices. Redemption center pretty decent. But the restroom was GROSS. The ladies room had water on all the countertops and paper strewn everywhere. The tampon bins in almost every stall was ripped off the wall and laying on the floor. Paper towels were out and no dryers. The trash bins were full and overflowing. I let an employee know about the mess, but when I went back over an hour later, nothing had been cleaned and the paper towels were still out.

  First we walk into a half empty establishment and ask for a table for 5. Laycha, the hostess let us know there would be a one hour wait since we did not have a reservation. I did scoff at the idea, since the place was clearly half empty (and to be clear, I don’t mean sections were closed, just wait staff had to be at a half sitting. So I made a reservation on open table as we stood there and asked her to please seat us since we had a reservation. Seat us she did. The table was dirty, the salt and pepper shakers were gross from long staying greasy fingers. Even the silverware was dirty, as in the wrapped napkins had an obvious orange substance on it. We looked around and saw that every table looked miserable. We then waited for 10 minutes. No one arrived at the table. I asked Laycha if there was a manager nearby, she was disinterested in helping. So we left. We went and had a fabulous meal down the road. We then spent $25 in arcade machines and left (can’t leave the kids hanging after taking them to an arcade). We had a great evening. Dave and Busters missed out on revenue. So save yourself the headache, DO NOT EAT HERE, they don’t want your business they make it obvious by their lack of capable staff. Updated rating to one star as Dave and Buster obviously uses a bot to respond to criticism, to make it look like they care, when they most likely don’t. I’ll update rating if their process yields any result.
