- MBMia Bello5 days ago1.0First of all we came to celebrate my cousins birthday and our churro fries were cold and tasted like old oil. None of our sides came at the right temperature. We also ordered a side scoop of ice cream which had a piece of plastic and tasted fishy, my guess is poor storage or cross contamination. The food was bad but what was worse was the service. It took 50 minutes for 3 desserts. When we went to paid for our bill there was a 20% auto gratuity, that wasn’t the problem. The issue was that we paid cash our bill was 40.28 we left 50 and told our server to keep the change. She then told us that we were missing 1 dollar for the change as if 20% auto gratuity and 9.72 wasn’t enough, greedy is an understatement. Very disappointing to see our birthday party hotspot become a rundown and cheap establishment.

I took my granddaughter for her birthday and got the unlimited play for 3 hours with 15% off food? Add in the automatic 20% and you don't save anything. With unlimited play you don't win tickets on all games that will cost extra.
