  I celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday at Dave & Buster’s Oakville, and it couldn’t have gone better. My daughter and her friends had an absolute blast! We reserved the meeting room, which was the perfect size for our group of 22 children and 7 adults a mix of classmates and family friends.When we arrived, the tables were beautifully set, the fruit platter and drinks were ready to go, and the staff even allowed me to bring my own cake and small pastries. The party package, recommended by the amazing sales rep Paige Moyce, was ideal for our 2.5-hour celebration fun, organized, and just right for the kids.Our host Chris and his manager Roy went above and beyond. They checked in regularly, made sure everything ran smoothly, and handled every request with a smile, they truly put the icing on the cake.The food was perfect for the kids, cheeseburgers, pizza, fries and the adults could enjoy a drink or two as well. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, and the entire experience felt effortless from start to finish. Highly recommend this Oakville location for any family celebration they nailed it from top to bottom!

  I did not eat at this location, but the service and atmosphere was on point. They follow the model and this is what you expect from a Dave and Buster's. Plenty of games to play, a big bar with cold beer and plenty of tvs showing all of the games. I am sure the food is good too, I just had drinks this time.

  We had my son’s birthday party here, and everything was absolutely perfect! The party manager was amazing — very organized, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The employees were also wonderful, so kind and helpful with the kids and parents. They made my son feel so special on his big day. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a great experience — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place for any celebration!

  They are now capping us on playtime plus how many tickets we can win Never had that happen to me ever This is a place where people come to win tickets now they’re putting a cap of 1500 tickets we can win My sister and I have won over 5000 tickets easily and then they stop counting it. Now wasting time going to find someone in the staff help me out Dave and Buster is a buzz kill. I will no longer do business with them. I hope you guys will do the same. And now they are deleting my comment Shame on you We did the unlimited play time for 90 for my sisters birthday buzz kill Prizes aren’t anything good my sister spent 20 minutes looking for something….
