  I was told it would be an hour wait about an hour *before* peak busy time. What kind of business does not prepare for a busy time by having staff on hand? There were dozens of empty tables and plent of wait staff. Turning away customers is a sign that a business thinks they have a captive audience. So much for the several birthday parties we were planning to have here. Skip this place until their wait times are under 15 minutes as more wait with little actual demand suggests substandard management and poor planning.

  I hate for my first Google review to be a negative one, but I'll start with the good: Matt at the bar was great. Unfortunately he was just the guy who rang us up. Food was alright, but didn't justify the absolute disinterest in us. Maybe it was because the M's just lost, but how is that MY fault, I didn't come fresh from playing 9 innings of lethargic baseball🤷‍♂️. We arrived at 8:30 and got treated right from the jump like we'd dropped in 10 minutes before close. Hostess seemed inconvenienced by us asking for a table, told us it was a 10 minute wait. Restaurant AND arcade were practically deserted. Said something about needing to clear tables off. About 10 minutes goes by and she tells us it will be another 10 minutes but we could sit in the bar. I could see that no one was really MANNING the bar which was why I kind of hoped for a table (also because I was more interested in eating than drinking). We figured we'd just go ahead and just sit in the bar, where no service would be the theme of the night. Bartender was more concerned with the ice bins than she was with us. My buddy had to actually go and FIND her to place our order. Then as I said in the beginning, we didn't see her again (unless from the other end of the bar where she was dutifully emptying and cleaning ice bins), so it eventually fell to this Matt guy to ring us up. Seemed like the kind of place that only off-duty people frequent with any regularity, but even the ones that we deduced had come in after their shift here was done were seeing similar results as THEY waited for someone to get around to serving them. I had long said that Dave & Buster's seemed like an adult Chuck E. Cheese. But that is an unfair comparison. I owe that rat a damn apology. That said, this place would make a positively KILLER Spirit Halloween. Think about it, Alderwood Mall.

  Took my kids to play video games and then we decided to stay for lunch. I asked to sit closer to one of the TVs showing the Seahawks game and was told by the lady walking us to our seats that there were no servers available in that area. I walked over to the hostess and told her that we want to have lunch here but that all I am asking for is to sit within viewing distance of a TV showing the Hawks. The restaurant was 99% empty at this point and this is Seattle/Lynwood. Unbelievably, my request was denied. Asking to sit close to one of the TVs showing the Seahawks game should not have been a difficult thing to accommodate. So we left and went somewhere else for lunch. This took place on Sunday, October 12 at 11:10 am. Let this be a warning for anyone looking to watch the Hawks game (or any other team). You might not be able to, even when the game is playing on multiple TVs and the restaurant is empty. *Notice how the owner responded below, but with no apology? Customer service issues usually start at the top of the chain

  Me and my boyfriend have been coming here at least once a month for over a year now !! Love the staff, they’re so fun and the games are always fun, the food is ALWAYS bomb. Sometimes they’re a bit slammed and short staffed so wait times can be high sometimes for food or drinks, but that’s never been a problem for me, i work in the industry so i empathize deeply. Yall kick butt, love this dave & busters it’s the best one i’ve ever been too!!

  We visited to get some lunch with a friend while passing thru Lynnwood on the way home to the East side. The atmosphere was great and the games were amazing. The restaunt portion there was no one e really around so we had to wander to find someone who seated us and said our server would be with us soon so we waited like 10 to 15 minutes and had to ask if our server would be with us soon. It wasnt too long after that but for there only being maybe 2 other groups of people in the giant restaurant the food took quite a long time and was missing bacon on one of the burgers. Then we never saw the server again so eventually we went up to the bar to pay. The food was good but service was very... not so good.
