  I am beyond disappointed with the service at the Sugarloaf Mills Dave & Buster’s. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location doesn’t value customer experience. I went up to the front desk to recharge my game chips, and the employee was literally texting on his phone, facing the other direction. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word just glanced over and pointed at the machine. Completely unprofessional. Then, when it came to food, things somehow got worse. It took an hour for our food to arrive, on a Monday night, when the place was empty & not busy at all. When the food finally did come out, it wasn’t even in the right order. The server brought our main entrées first, then dessert and our appetizers at the same time, and finally the sides while we were finishing up our food. Absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t just a one time slip up either. This is now the third time I’ve had this kind of experience at this location. As someone who grew up going to Dave & Buster’s, I can honestly say this has ruined it for me. I will not be coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location if you actually want decent service. So, so, so disappointed.

  Keith the manger had me and my family waiting 45minutes to get seated after telling us he would sit us down within 10 minutes and then let someone else infront of us and told us he forgot about us stay away from people like him self .

  (Sugarloaf) If you're looking for a guaranteed fun night of gaming, good food, and great drinks in Lawrenceville, Dave & Buster's Sugarloaf is the spot. If you are lucky enough to be seated in **Aly** section 5 ⭐, you are in for a treat! She turned a standard outing into a truly excellent dining experience. **Highly recommend!**

  We had such a wonderful experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to our server, Isaiah! He went above and beyond and truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we sat down, he made everything enjoyable, checking on us often and making sure we had everything we needed. What impressed us most was that Isaiah did everything by memory—not once did he need to write anything down, and he got it all perfect! Zebulon made the drinks to perfection! That level of attentiveness and professionalism made our Sunday night feel like the best part of the weekend. If you come to Dave & Buster’s, ask for Isaiah—you won’t regret it. Thank you, Isaiah, for making our night so memorable!

He handled our large group with ease—never missing a beat, juggling multiple orders and requests like a true professional. His attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine hospitality turned a simple meal into a wonderful experience. Exceptional service like this is rare—Dillon is a gem!
