They had a cotton candy machine that you can pick your shape and flavor. My daughter was so excited and liked it once she got it. And we don’t like cotton candy. lol

Nachos never came, water tasted awful, and food issues weren’t fixed until the bill. The “unlimited tokens” deal didn’t work, and the manager laughed when I complained. Only Manager Bri tried to help. Spent $400—terrible night. Edit: I wanted to update my review and add a star because James reached out to me with a resolution — which was really cool to see, since that doesn’t happen every day. I also want to give a big shoutout to the other manager, Bri. She’s always been so understanding every time I visit. She makes us laugh and always goes out of her way to fix any issues we’ve had during our visits. I went out of my way to figure out her name from one of the other employees. Also who ever was we the employee in charge of the prizes that night made things better for me as well thank you.
