  The front door rarely closes, we got seated near the door and it was freezing, slow service even with a reservation, husband’s order was given to someone else so he had to wait for them to make it again. The game room is much smaller than the Livonia location, and the menu seems shorter. The games were fun but so many either not working or kept breaking. The waiter and the game room floor workers were the best part of the experience. Not sure we will go again any time soon.

  The games are super fun! But trying to get a drink is almost impossible. The bartenders are slow and not attentive at all. You’ll wait up to 45 minutes or more when the bar is not busy at all and they’ll serve someone who has just walked up to the bar when you’ve been waiting. Definitely need to improve this.

  We celebrated my daughter’s birthday party here, and it couldn’t have gone better! Angelo went above and beyond to take great care of us, his attention and kindness truly made the day special. The service was amazing and helped make it a fun, memorable celebration for my daughter and all her friends. Thank you, Angelo! We really appreciate everything you did and look forward to seeing you again on our next visit.

  Had you flag down their manager to get a server. We had been waiting for a hour before we were even waited on. Once the server knew we were there they were very friendly and attentive. Idk thought the new one would be bigger. Didn't expect so many children at the Dave and busters. Seemed like another over priced zap zone if you ask me. Probably wouldn't order food from there again. Not because the food was bad but because they are a little pricy. Idk this place kinda disappointed me but it wasn't a terrible experience.

  Was not impressed. Took over 10 mins to be sat because the hostess was off playing on her phone(only to be told to sit at the bar). Watched the hostess just sit at the bar and play on her phone. Took over 10/15 to even be asked about drinks and take orders. Then after she delivered our drinks and took our food order we didn't see her again until we had to demand our check. Ate our whole meal without drinks While watching another group (WITH A TODDLER SITTING AT THE BAR) get constant services. Took over 25 mins for us to get our check and another 15 to even come back to take our card to pay. Worse part it was not that busy 14 people at the bar and not once were we checked on during our meal. Won't be returning Thankfully we are honest people. Would have been so easy to dine and dash and would have been hours before they noticed.
