  Didn’t have any food so can’t comment there. Also had minimal employee interaction, we went in for the games about 15% of them were out of service. The ones that did work were fun, the prizes offered were actually good I was surprised there. Looking forward to coming back to try the food and full experience.

  We recently hosted regional team events at multiple Dave & Buster’s locations (Fresno, Modesto, and Bakersfield), and every experience was outstanding! I personally attended the Fresno event—Terry and Jonah were phenomenal hosts, and the staff and service were top-notch. Our teams at the other locations shared the same feedback about their hosts, facilities, and overall experience. This was our second time partnering with Dave & Buster’s for a large corporate event, and once again, they exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Megan for coordinating everything so seamlessly. We’ll definitely be back!

  Honestly it was our first time here it was my sons birthday and all he wanted was to come to dave and busters so we brought him there was nobody im the diner area so we thought perfect the wait wont be long well we were wrong!!! Took almost 30 minutes for someone to come even take our order then another 30 for the food to come out not only that they didn’t give us utensils or napkins we had to literally chase workers around for help we will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

  Although small in size, compared to other locations, it has ample space for events or social gatherings for friends and family. The food is good and the sports entertainment is enjoyable. Overall great experience.

  Waited 30 minutes to get seated. Apparently the host did not see me and my party of 7 at the front waiting to get seated. Note it was not busy at all, 5 other waiters walked past us without even acknowledging us. I got to walked up to one of the waiter (who happens to be the apparent host) to be told, oh i didnt see you guys there. I was overcharged for things i did not order. Stupid me i didnt check my tab before paying. When a waiter brought out a couple more plates of food, that when i realize that i was charge for another table food. Asked for a refund and was told i cant get a refund right then and there cause i paid using the mobile pay thingy. Either get credit for the amount i paid over as a game card or wait for the general manager to provide me a refund which will take a couple of days. Ridiculous. I will not return.
