  Too loud, flashing lights gave me a headache and good was greasy with no flavor. Service was awful

  I try to never write a bad review, but This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at ANY establishment. There were 8 of us at the table. The server put in our order on a tablet. Food came out for 3 of the 8. They were already done with their food by the time she checked on us. She looked at the order and said that the other half did not go in, and she had to retake our order. At this point, we had already been there an hour. Thirty minutes later 2 of the 4 meals came (2 kids meals). The guy who brought the food said there was nothing else on the order. I asked for the manager (which I never do). He said he would work on the food. Finally, The server came by and asked “so do you just want to take the food to go or what?” No apology or anything. She walked away and was extremely rude. She did not refill our drinks and ignored us the rest of the time. The manager brought the other two meals, mind you, one was just an order of fries. This was 25 minutes after the kids meals came out. By this point, we had been there 2 hours. No apologies from him either. He said he would take off the last two meals, and I told him no, he needed to comp at least the 2nd half of the check, if not the whole thing. He never came back to the table. The server came back with the tablet and told us he comped a few meals, but we still owed for 3 of the meals. We are from out of town and had been visiting at Levine Children’s. We wanted to let the kids eat and play before we headed back home, so this was 2 hours of wasted time. The women’s bathroom was out of order and we had to go into the mall to use the restroom, but then the mall closed and we could not use the restroom either. I am very, very disappointed in this Dave and Buster’s and the lack of service they gave!

  The host with the red hair was the best part. She was kind and helpful. I believe her name was Uner. Our server never gave her name. She disappeared for long lengths of time, I had to waive her down twice. Our food took about 45 minutes ,she never came to give an update..I had to ask her. Food was warm not hot. The fried foods taste like it was cooked in old grease.My son said they took it off the tab.

  Use to be my spot. Got 10 piece of wings and they argued me down that i can only get ONE RANCH and pay for the other one. Like HOW for 10 wings?! Worse customer service ever

  Had to wave the barmaid down even though there were only 4 other people at the bar. They were out of both IPAs that they had on tap. Ordered the cauliflower side which looked good on the menu but terrible in person. Don’t recommend eating or drinking here. In fact find somewhere else to go. Anywhere else.
