Upon getting there and getting seated for dinner I went to order my first drink…with my parents, siblings and family friends all there to celebrate with me, and they refused to serve me with my paper id given to me by the bmv. The bmv took my other id and shredded it and told me all I need is my paper id. So we had a manager come talk with us and the manager was very rude and they were overall very ignorant! Even one of the other employees came over and said how upsetting that is because how is anyone suppose to come celebrate their birthday when they only have a paper id! The server asked me for my old id and my paper…yet there policy states they will not take an expired id and they will not take a paper id so….WHAT ID CAN I USE? Overall awful experience and will never go back sadly.

Second charge $31.37 waitress tried to tell me it was from charging the game card.. I had to show her the transactions and times we charged the game card 45 minutes before we bought the waters and 2 transactions at the same time before she would reimburse me..

The manager “fixed” it by rolling another table underneath it to support it and apologized that the table was moved. No signage anywhere stating that the changing table was unstable. Could have been much worse than it was but needs to be addressed.

Our waitress was awesome and explained everything since we'd never been before. It can be affordable if you use their deals and don't stay long, but we had five adults and a kid, so it was pretty expensive. It was a great time though, and the prizes were way better than I thought. We're already planning to go back soon.
