  As soon as my husband walked off this employee follow me and my daughter to the all of the games we will play together to kick us off half way thru a game that was already payed for due to "maintenance" I watched him start to play our second game of DDR in the corner which is why I got a picture of it - because it was imperative that he kicks us off for "maintenance of the machine" just to look at it for 30 seconds and then start playing it That's ridiculous. It was THREE different games I payed for just for him to boot us.

  Great fun with the family! Great service! Machine Tech Jay is exceptional at his Job. I’ve never had such great help if a machine gives me trouble. Jay also was great at setting us up for the human claw machine which you mist try! Can’t wait til my next visit!

  Returned for lunch and had a great experience. Our waitress was excellent, the perfect amount of friendliness, welcoming spirit and helpfulness. We had a rib special and the blackened salmon bowl. Both were excellent, very tasty. I've had similar salmon dishes elsewhere but here its awesome. Coupled with the house lemonade, the mel was delicious. Recommended for sure.

  The gaming experience was fun! Although it was messy, trash everywhere, people leaving their half drank alcohol beverages around for any kids to pick up. The variety of games was perfect. However, when it was time to get a table to eat, we had a 30 minute wait to get a table even though there were tables open everywhere on both sides. We finally get sat down, and it was atleast 25 minutes before our waitress even came to take our drink orders. We were about to leave and finally she came over. Then it was another 15 minute wait before we got our drinks. The food came out rather quickly in comparison to our other wait times. Getting a drink from the bar took at least 15 minutes for each person. The bartender was more worried about recording for tiktoks than serving people. There was another worker, very skinny long blonde hair, who kept using her vape while getting drinks in glasses and was literally blowing it into the cups as she poured it in. The morale was off between all the workers, some fighting, some name calling, yelling and cursing at each other. One person in our party got cold chicken wings. Our waitress was Jazz and she was not friendly at all. You could tell she was overwhelmed. Overall, for our entire party of 6, it was our first time ever at a Dave and Busters, and we will not be back to this location.

  Yesterday, I went to this Dave N Busters with three people I befriended this week during rehearsals for a year long tour. What we thought was going to be a simple trip to the mall to buy things we need turned into the most epic team building night, all thanks to Jay. When we walked in, we saw a small child use the human claw machine, to which we thought, “This is the most obvious way to spend our per diem”. This small child, however, had great taste, and took the giant blowup alien upon being plunged into the great abyss of inflatables. We asked Jay if there were any more of these neon friends in the back, and he kindly inflated more of them so that we could task one of our own with receiving it. Jay, thank you for dealing with four adult buffoons. We had the best night, and we can’t wait to take our new green buddy Al with us across the country over the next year.
