Amanda has always been kind and helped whenever I call. She helped me get set up with my old car while I was sitting in the dealership with the best policy and pricing. She’s knowledgeable in anything that’s asked of her. Dakota was my agent with this car and got me the best possible price with the best coverage, she is always willing to help and explains things and in ways I understand. We already have our primary insurances with State Farm and we’re especially pleased with the service in the Brookings office. Went in to check health coverage, Finished the process with Drew by phone. She was friendly, professional and very competent and honest with no pressure in explaining health insurance plans, coverages and deductibles. She provided great service and would highly recommend if you’re looking for health and RX coverage to contact the State Farm office in Brookings.

I needed to insure a grey market vehicle and had pretty bad luck everywhere else. It definitely took some time on the phone, but I got everything I needed taken care of without any struggle on my end. Brett handled getting the policy in place and he was very easy to work with.
