    Purchased a tree to replace one in our back yard, was told 1 to 2 weeks to have them come plant it. After 4 weeks called to check on it and was told another 1 to 2 weeks. Said I just wanted to cancel the entire thing and the clerk said she couldn’t help me. Then she got snotty with me. Eventually a manager called back & did help me out. This mgr was pleasant and all of a sudden it could be planted in a couple days. Granted, it was a small purchase but I felt they really didn’t care.

    First time at this nursery and it was a wonderful experience. Ron was incredible and very knowledgeable about the plants. We spent roughly 3 hrs planning out landscaping and enjoyed every moment

Frequently Asked Questions About Darby Creek Nursery

Do you guys offer deliver or install services?

We do offer both delivery and installation. -Installation pricing depends on the tree purchased, however it typically cost half the retail price of the trees with a $100.00 minimum and a fuel surcharge depending on how far the address is. -Delivery depends on the distance of the delivery, and how many trips it may take. If everything fits on our landscaping truck than it is the flat fee based on milage. 0-10 Miles= $75.00, 10-20 Miles= $120.00 and 20-30 Miles= $150.00. From there it is a case-by-case basis.

Is there a warranty with my trees and shrubs?

All trees and shrubs have a one year, one time replacement unless items were purchased at 50% off. Tree or shrub installation/deliver is also covered if purchased in the initial transaction. Roses have a 90-day warranty and a one-time replacement as well. Lastly, annuals, perennials, and houseplants are not covered under warranty.
