  I spoke with Kerri Pine at State Farm last week because I am in the process of renewing my Auto and Homeowners Insurance. I called back today to let Kerri know that of the insurance companies that I had spoken with and received quotes from, State Farm came out as #1. As State Farm's jingle goes, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there", and Kerri was there for me just like my neighbor. She was very professional, answering each and every question that I had. Kerri answered each question in a manner that was understandable and above all, she was patient with me. She didn't rush me if I needed her to repeat what she had already said. Before ending our discussion, Kerri asked if I had any additional questions or if there was anything else that she could do for me. She let me know that she would send via email the information and quotes that we had discussed and I would receive the policy information via US Mail. Kerrie acknowledged that she saw that I had life insurance policies with State Farm as well. I told her that I have had life insurance policies with State Farm for years. State Farm, Kerri is top notch and represents your company well.

  Very impressed with the way State Farm is handling my claim, so far. From my initial contact with a claims representative, I was taken care of quickly and professionally. The rep explained everything thoroughly and was able to get the process started for me. I was connected with a local auto body shop that partners with State Farm to get an estimate for damage. Then the rep made a reservation for a rental car for me. They have made a frustrating situation easy to navigate. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by my local State Farm agent Gary to check how I was doing and if I needed anything. I can only hope that the rest of my repair process goes as smoothly as it has so far!

  I wanted to compliment this office, they were very responsive and very professional to work with. They took the time to evaluate what is important to me as opposed to getting the sale and kicking me out the door. I will be recommending all my friends and family here. They go above and beyond.
