Our late father, Daniel J. Hecht founded our dealership in September 1958. We, (Danny, Jim, Bob, Jerry) have been associated with the automobile industry for our entire lives, and we continue to build on the foundation that dad started. - HWHenry Wiegel4 days ago1.0Biggest scamming service department in the area. Do not trust this service department!! Tried to tell them after they did my break job that my breaks were not right. Now they are convinced I'm right and trying to charge me 4200 in labor for a break job and to replace wheel bearings. The reason all this is bad is because they did not fix it right the first time. Please stay away and get a second opinion. They deal with a lot of older customers that do not know any better. Please warn your family so they do not get scammed like I did.

- JNJay NixAug 25, 20251.0Bought new tires and took them here to have them mounted and balanced. The tech accidently poked a hole in one of my new tires. Mistakes happen I was not upset with this. This was on a Saturday so no tire shops in the area to get a new tire that day. No problem. They called me to let me know they had a new tire ready. I live in Salem so this isn't a short drive across town to get this done. Anyway my wife went back up the next Friday to have the new tire put on. When she asked about any kind of discount since we had to make 2 trips which should have only been 1 she was told that they bought her a new tire what else does she want. She felt really talked down too by the service manager. This is horrible customer relations and after always getting our service work done at this dealership we will never be back!
