  Natalie Merante is amazing. She helped me tremendously with my home and auto claim. I was dealing with so much more at the time and she was able to guide me through everything and be there any time I had a question, or if I was having trouble with anything during the processes she was able to resolve the issue very quickly. She is exceptional at what she does and I am so thankful for her.
