  They said they would call no call I called them back and they donated my stuff after being told they would call me in 30 minutes and I could come get my stuff. I feel ripped off

  I’m really disappointed with my most recent visit. I come here often and have usually had great experiences, but this time felt very different. I noticed that the associate barely looked at the clothes I brought in—she didn’t unfold or examine them as is usually done, nor did she fold them back afterward. Instead, I watched her toss the clothes onto the counter without checking the brand, style, or condition, and then quickly place them back in my bags. It was disheartening, especially since I’ve always enjoyed coming here and have appreciated the care given in the past.
