Very Disappointed at the least, I had always received excellent service and had been a loyal customer since moving to the region. Then I met the owners. He was great about selling me a redneck blind, showing several to me. This was my first enclosed elevated blind and was looking forward to being able to hunt this year, and a reward I'd allowed myself for loosing 70 pounds after adding diabetes to the MS. It was a fiasco from the start. First the wife called back and apologized that husband had not given the correct qoute, and for the extension he had quoted I needed another thousand dollars. Im retired military, this had maxed my budget already soo had to settle for 10 ft. Still, no big deal right? Then schedule date was pushed back for an expose, still no problem other than I was an idiot too pay in full. I had paid extra to have them bring and set up, due to MS and not having equipment to elevate, plus I wanted it done right. I was worried about getting the stand there, they assured me it wasn't a problem and even showed me the bobcat and how they attached. I still had time before season. 3 weeks later, date arrives after rescheduling again multiple times for various reasons, and they take thier truck down a road they shouldn't have been on with heavy equipment, and wrecked. Luckily no one was hurt, we drove to the sight too make sure an offer help. That help is asked for a few hours later, as they want to go ahead and deliver the blind and hardware, come back later too set up. Again, no problem, Im glad too help in anyway I can, was feeling guilty it happened delivering my stand. First it was in 2 days, then changed again too 3. I took the owner up the hill too the sight I had spent 2 weeks clearing and preparing, just in case I had a flair and couldn't help. I specifically asked him about the grade/hill in which he reassured me would be no problem, even explaining how he could use his reverse up the grade if need be. 3 days later of staring at my blind in the yard, showing it too family and friends, planning hunts, and further prepping trail at points he suggested may be tight, and the morning arrives. At or about 0930, the day and time of promised assembly, I get a call at 0930 by the owner that says he has changed his mind and believes it is too unsafe, and apparently mine is the worst of "hundreds" that he has installed. Up the same grade a 2wd tractor pulling a disc goes up. It's my neighbors basement, built for that teason. They still wanted me too buy the stand, but would refund and refer me too a friend of his. I was refunded the amount of the stand just now, after calling again. I will never use Daileys again, and it wasn't because of poor performance of staff. This was the owners themselves. Thanks Dailies, now I have to go call my uncle that just had a heart attack and this stand was the only way he can physically hunt, that it's cancelled. You ruined some important memories today.
