  I have rented at other storage facilities before but Daffodil is the best. Starting with the friendly staff, security cameras everywhere, modern technology, and the peace of mind of knowing I have access to my belongings with great hours for access, month to month rental at an affordable rate, they deserve a perfect review.

  Friendly and capable staff, lots of security, easy access. FAR better than Public Storage where storage units including mine were broken into and lots of belongings stolen.

  ZERO STARS!!! UPDATE: REACHED OUT (LIKE THEY SUGGESTED IN THEIR REPLY) I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. THIS COMPANY'S REFUSAL TO HELP ME AND THEIR NEGLIGENCE WHEN IT COMES TO THE SAFETY AND SECURITY GORS AGAINST MY RIGHTS. 🙄🙄 I'm going to say this again, customer service does not give a crap. I have asked five times now for a manager to call me back. I specifically asked for a general manager or somebody that owned the storage facility to call me. ( I CALLED THEM 5 TIMES!) They say in the reply that they tried to call me and couldn't contact me and that is total BS. Nobody contacted me. I didn't want to speak with that rude manager or the rude customer service clerk that kept picking up the phone and hanging up when she saw it was my number. She shouldn't be in customer service if she gets angry when a customer asks a question. Then apparently the manager thinks that it's okay to pick up the phone 8 times and hang up on a customer without saying hello. I guess I have no choice but to go through the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I have to go through to rectify this. My stuff isn't safe there. They have not addressed this issue. They don't care. I recently had my wallet stolen and I had to change my debit card they made sure they called me when the payment didn't go through!!!! They can't protect my stuff though. I understand things happen but when a company blatantly tells you that you're rude because you asked about security footage? Something is definitely wrong over there. I am going to keep posting on every platform I can to tell people what a bunch of rude people are here and how they don't care about your stuff. They have security cameras that are worthless because when somebody tampered with my storage unit they told me they had no way of telling who it was. I find that very hard to believe considering there's a code to get in and they close at 9:00 and you can't get out of the building past that time you have to call maintenance or you're going to stay in the building all night. The fact that I was told that they cannot see security footage and be able to tell who actually tampered with my unit is ridiculous. So I guess on top of calling the Better Business Bureau and letting them know that I tried to rectify this with the manager of the facility and that didn't work, I have to make a police report now and let them know that their security footage is worthless according to what I've Been Told. They see that the check the units twice a day that's great but why do they have cameras?
