  Having never used a storage unit before, I asked a lot of questions on the phone and then when I arrived two days later. I was treated respectively and professionally, even up to being loaned a pair of reading glasses since I had left mine in the other vehicle we were traveling in. I apologize I misplaced the names of the two women who assisted me. The manager is the one that helped me when I arrived and walked me through the complete process including helping me put the necessary App on my phone. We were able to enter the yard and drive right to the unit and unload what we had and then the next day was able to unload the rest of our belongings to store them. She recommended how to rent to save us some money. The facility is extremely clean, and everything was explained to us in detail. Thank you so much!!

  While I was iffy doing everything electronically, from contract completion to required cell phone app for use to enter, access our unit and leave, the office manager gave a very detailed walk-through and free registration up front that allowed for our unknown first date of occupancy. The entire process was EASY.

  Best price! Great units. , n̈o stairs or elevator to deal with! Christin is the most helpful and friendly lady! I'm so glad I moved my stuff here from public storage, price lower and unit is heated and clean.
