First of all, teach your servers to listen and rectify customer complaints. Myself, my partner, and her mother each ordered cocktails that were more water than anything. My $12 mojito tasted like tonic water with a mint leaf in it, and the only alcohol was the $3 single bottle of rum sticking out of it that had to be dumped in as the non alcoholic portion was drained. Likewise with my darlings "coronarita", there was no alcohol in the concoction but the corona itself. When I very clearly stated to a server that I wouldn't order drinks there again because they were mostly water/juice, he barely apologized, blew me off, and then i was told when the check was cut by another employee that he "could have done something" if id mentioned it sooner. Save your $12 on their house cocktails. Adds up fast with a party, and they're not worth it. They serve room temperature tap water and have no bottled water on the menu. Oh, the middle of the steamed egg was rather bitter as well. To the point of overpowering the taste of egg itself. Apart from that, we wanted korean bbq and got it. Nothing extraordinary to speak of, other than their extraordinarily bad drinks.

Fun place! We went to celebrate my son's 19th birthday. We got there around 4 pm and it was not busy. The waiter explained to us how to order food and the difference between "hot pot" and "bbq". We really enjoyed cooking and eating. The service was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We had so much food, that we didn't get a chance to try their fish ice cream. We definitely will be coming back.

food was okay, but servers were super awkward, messed up the bill and chased us to our cars. it was a technical mistake but they were so confusing and it was just uncomfortable. they also tried saying that all 3 of us had to pay for the all you can eat when only 2 need to according to the menu and the third person was a vegetarian who ordered a vegetarian soup and wasn’t eating the bbq. just awkward vibes and the bbq wasn’t great. no one was in there and i think it was for a reason.

Got the korean barbecue and it was absolutely fantastic. Service was great. They did forget the scissors and tongs but no issues after that. They even gave us free sauce with the korean barbecue, which was absolutely awesome and the sauce was great.

During our two visits to the establishment, we encountered several issues that affected our dining experience. On our first visit, we were served a side dish that appeared to have been previously served to another customer because there some rice on it. Upon informing the waiter, he promptly replaced it with a new one. The food was satisfactory, and the authentic Korean side dishes were particularly enjoyable. On our second visit, we discovered a small cockroach on the table, which caused significant distress to my wife. I promptly removed the insect with a napkin before proceeding with our meal. However, I refrained from reporting the incident to the staff, despite my wife’s insistence. Although we had already experienced a noticeable decline in appetite, we decided to complete the food we had ordered. Additionally, we observed numerous food items on the floor that could potentially attract pests such as cockroaches. While the food quality was acceptable and the authentic Korean side dishes were delectable, it is imperative that the establishment’s owner recognizes that the overall dining experience encompasses not only the culinary offerings but also other factors such as the provision of fresh food and the maintenance of a pest-free environment. Failure to address these concerns would likely result in a loss of customer satisfaction and hinder the establishment’s ability to attract and retain patrons.
