  The customer service, booking and response time has been amazing the two times I’ve used them. Julio was the technician both times and he has a friendly disposition and he’s very knowledgeable.

  Anthony came to my home to inspect my AC unit, and I was impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness. He not only identified the issues and explained his recommendations in detail, but he also went above and beyond by taking extra time to walk me through things he didn’t have to do. What really stood out is that Anthony’s honesty, patience, and expertise became the key reason I decided to trust this company and move forward with purchasing a new AC unit and installation. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel confident you’re in good hands. Big shout out to Anthony—he’s truly a huge asset to this company, an excellent representative of their values, and simply a great human being.

  Anthony responded the same day I called. My system was installed a few years ago by another company and since the beginning it clogged the drain pipe with a type of snot that we had never seen before. Anthony quickly cleared the clog and performed a general maintenance on the entire unit. He identified several leaks where hot humid air was intruding into the air handler in the garage. He also identified where the union between the air handler and duct work in the house was improperly sealed causing condensation to form in the unit. I was very happy with Anthony's work and expertise. Dade Super Cool will be my a/c company from now on.
