  It was a great experience. The tech was professional, did not do any extra diagnostics. Changed the motor and I could do the laundry the same day!

  I have been waiting to hear back about a part they ordered to fix my dryer. It's been 2 weeks and they said 2-5 days. I reached out and no one has gotten back to me. The repair man that came out didn't really seem to know what was wrong I had to steer him in the right direction and I'm not even sure what he ordered will fix it. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication.

  He repaired our clothes dryer. Not overly impressed but he got it repaired. He said our motor was bad, but he didn't pull it. Hjust ordered a new one and when he went to install it he found the motor was bound up by a small rag. removed the rag and it worked fine. If he would have tried to remove the motor in the first place he would not have had to come back. We would have had to pay for 1 visit, not 2. but he got it fixed.
