  I have excellent credit, the check I wanted to cash was from a Very Reputable company. But because of some silly, stupid policy they wouldn't cash it. It was only a $300 check! I would like to know where there is a bank that has Any Customer Service anymore. I bank at DL Evans and Westmark Credit union, and neither one is anything like they used to be.

  After an abysmal and nearly relationship-ending encounter with the D.L. Evans Bill Pay “855” mass call center team that was very obviously not an “Idaho based” group of individuals blessed with the care, culture, communications and overall positive attitude that only a D.L. Evans (local) team member can apparently provide, Hailey Dayton in the D.L. Evans Bank of Ketchum Idaho emerged onto the scene and made things right, and right away too! America’s most successful companies recognize that the best way to keep a great client is to provide them with great service. Hailey did exactly that. Empowering your “people on the platform” to resolve conflict and retain customers like myself is far more effective and powerful than any outsourced, out-country and less costly call centers practicing far-away cultures in far-away lands. Great save Hailey. I’m right back to Loving my bank! Go D.L. Evans Bank , go Hailey Dayton!
