I spoke with a very helpful person who directed me to the correct bank associate. That person was helpful, professional, and efficient. She emailed me the letter that same day. I found a few corrections to be made; she quickly replied with the accurately corrected letter. Those bank employees helped to make a nerve-wracking process much easier for me -- actually not a surprise, as D.L. Evans employees have always given me great service with a smile!
