- RCRoy ChoateDec 23, 20221.0Had a loan for years never got one statement or phone call. They claim they couldn't get a hold of us about anything. My wife physically went in every month to pay the loan because they couldn't get an automatic payment to work right. Hey dummies ask for a phone number.

I can call my banker directly, no going thru a “press 1 for this or 2 for that”. They call me directly when they need some info. They are always Johnny on the spot with getting my business loans set up and ready when I need them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
