- SSSamOct 18, 20251.0People are very friendly. Other than that, this bank is extremely dysfunctional. I've never banked at a place where customer support themselves, needed to call their own help and support line. Check deposits in the ATM take 5 days before funds are available, leaving you screwed if you need those funds urgently.
