  We had a major leak with no sign of water just the sound of water. I called a couple of places and they were unavailable to come soon enough. I called D&K plumbing at 4:30 pm and Phill showed up at 8:00am the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing along the way, so there were no surprises. He was not only able to find where the leak was located, he also repaired the break and cleaned everything up afterwards. And the job was completed by 4:30 pm. just 24 hrs from the time I made the call out for help! I “HIGHLY” recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch, fast & friendly plumbing services. TY

  Eddy is incredible! Eddy's wealth of knowledge, genuine care for the client, and passion for plumbing are beyond evident in everything he does. It's so refreshing working with a plumbing company that not only does a great job, but also explains everything in an easy-to-understand way and prioritizes the client's needs above all. My only regret is not contacting D&F earlier. Thank you!

  I had some work done and was told that they would need to cut my water line- I asked if this short area could be replacd by pex. The technician said yes. it was 10 feet or less and I was charged nearly a grand- he did not bother to tell me how much more expense I was adding to the cost of repair- that seems kind of bad and kind of unethical and bad service to me. The tech knew i am not wealthy. . The work seems done- no longer leaking, but i feel more than a little uncomfortable about the first tech's not telling me how much the particular material would cost over other material- and now a little Leary of using this company again.

  I called D&F plumbing, needing after-hours urgent help. The scheduler was friendly and polite. She was able to send Eddie out to our house within 1/2 hour of my call. Our plumber, Eddie was prompt, polite, skilled, and informative. He arrived with all of the necessary equipment to perform an assessment of the leak in the shower. When he was finished with his assessment, he scheduled an appointment for the repair work to be done tomorrow, so that we would not have to pay the after hour price for this work. Eddie cleaned up the mess that was made as a result of having to cut a hole in our kitchen ceiling, vacuuming and wiping up the floor! I appreciate him and D&F for being available for our urgent plumbing need.

  I called D&F Plumbing to have our men's room toilet serviced and the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I was able to get someone out here the next day. The service person, Shawn, was super friendly and upbeat. Sometimes plumbers are crabby, but not Shawn, and it showed he really enjoyed doing his job. He did some maintenance on the men's urinal, which was leaking down the wall when flushed. He was very professional and had the toilet up and running a little over an hour. Another thing I like about Shawn, was he remembered my name and used it when he talked to me. I would highly recommend this business for anyone's plumbing needs. Five star!!
