    Della did a good job on extensive repairs to my 2004 Element. Good work and good communication ...thank you Roger. Unfortunately my antenna was damaged during the post-repair washing. Della made good on it and replaced the part at their expense. Once again, thank you Roger!

    My salespersons name was Adam and it was the worst experience that I have had at a car dealership. I bought my first car here so I wanted to go back for this car. The only reason I got this car is because I really wanted it and couldn’t beat the price. But my salesperson was very rude to my mother and myself. I’ll give some quotes for an example, “I can tell i’m gonna come back and fight with you some more”, “I can tell you right now you’re not leaving in this car tonight”,“Remember when you guys were in a rush the other day, well I need to get going today so” and there’s a lot of more rude things that he said that I can’t think of off the top of my head but just the way he said things was not professional. If I do ever go back to D’ella, I will make sure that he is not my salesperson. However, everybody else that we spoke with and interacted with was very nice and helped us.

    I went there to get my vehicle inspected and a nice lady who was also getting her car worked on told me that she overheard the people working there talking about telling me my car wouldn't pass inspection because my air filter was bad. When I knew for a fact it wasn't bad and even if it was that wouldnt make my car fail an inspection anyway. But the other guy said "leave him alone he's just a kid". At the end of the day they didn't try to screw me over but its offensive that they considered it and are probably actively screwing over other people who might not know better. Not only that but I called about a vehicle recall I had and they said they couldn't help me with it because they didn't have the part and they didn't even bother to order it for me.
