  Furniture guys came and left my couch at the front and then left me to figure it out. I ran into Carlos and Richard here and they both were more than accommodating to help me get the couch lifted up over and through the back balcony while removing the screen and bars out the way never once complaining about. Both guys deserve something extra for their service. I’m more than satisfied and happy with their help and couldn’t have done it without them both. Thank you guys again

  A wonderful staff in the main leasing office. Especially Ariana she will get you taken care of. Very professional and on point I highly recommend her to get you moved in. Clean outside and inside beautiful units maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Pools a gym and volleyball court 💯 percent satisfaction Cypress Winds is the place where you want to be. Very affordable in a tough market right now especially in this area where the beach is 5 minutes away along with grocery stores and restaurants close by.

  Would leave it 0 stars if I could. Expensive, old, dirty, and bug infestations are only some of the reasons to not live at Cypress Winds. The entire community grounds are a mess with wires, exhausts pvc, pipes, and trash scattered everywhere. The cherry on top is the abysmal communication skills that persist within the management. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere where.

  Recently toured Cyprus Winds as I was in the process of relocating, I found the community to be amazing. The grounds were clean, and the pool area was gorgeous. Loved the floor plans. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and were knowledgeable of the area. Unfortunately, my relocation plans did not come through, so I did not move in.

  Absolutely disgusting and unsafe place to live. The shower water had black filth coming out of it (see photos) My young son was hit by another tenant speeding through the property and had to be airlifted to a children’s hospital with serious injuries!! 2 men drowned in their pool! They have a major pest issue (roaches, fruit flies, termites, rats, etc) My car was towed from in front of my apartment overnight, claiming my tire was on the walkway line that led to my door! Many other tenants have had their vehicles towed from here. If you have an issue with the office they will target you, so beware! When given notice to move out, management changed the date to a later date to try to get more money, and is now holding our security deposit, the place was left 100x cleaner than when we moved in. I have email proof of the date my notice to vacate was given but you’ll never be able to contact corporate with your grievances and only left to deal with the unprofessional and untrustworthy office staff. They should be ashamed of themselves! This complex is unsafe, poorly maintained, and managed dishonestly. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Hopefully I can save at least one person from being fooled by the “luxury apartments” they advertise and the fake 5 star reviews…so much dishonesty!!
