  I am delighted to be writing this review for Cypress Custom Pools. Hire them!!! Do not hesitate! We recently got a pool put into our new home, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. This was probably the smoothest construction process I’ve ever experienced. Their efficiency and quick response time, as well as turn around time to getting a design and quote to us blew me away compared to other pool companies. HOA approvals were taken care of quickly. We had our pool built within a month- in fact, any delays that occurred were due to unavailability on our end. Every step of the process was communicated clearly, and all our questions and concerns were always answered. LeAnna, Guillermo, Susan, Sam, Kyle - everyone that is part of the team, I cannot thank you enough for creating such a beautiful pool for our family and making this process as easy for us as possible. We look forward to creating many memories in our backyard.

  Don’t go with them! They’re based out of Austin and they’re acquiring smaller companies. We used another pool service company that was purchased by poolie. The service went down hill immediately. Our pool was green for weeks. Their main goal is to scale, not provide service to their customers.

  Our experience with Cypress Custom Pools has been amazing from beginning to present. We interviewed so many companies before choosing Cypress Custom Pools as this was our dream project and we wanted it to be perfect. The design, great product options, reviews, and price were all part of the decision of course, but our designer Leanna really won me over! The teams that worked on our project, the personal attention from the owner Brian, the communication with our project manager and designer, the quality of work, and the speed with finishing our project made this project so easy. We love our huge pool/hot tub, outdoor shower, and decking! We have also really appreciated the willingness to handle anything that needed attention even a year out from completion.

  We sought out about a dozen pool builders before deciding on Cypress Custom Pools. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The team there is top notch and they make a stressful and expansive project come together seamlessly. Guillermo was our supervisor/builder and if you go with CCP request him! He’s phenomenal. He’s super responsive and always cool as a cucumber. I didn’t worry about our pool at all because I knew he had it handled. They’ve built all the pools on our street and I see why. Do yourself a favor and use them!

  Our pool (backyard oasis) was just completed by CCP and we could not be happier. The whole process went very smoothly. Brian came out and listened to what we wanted, Leanna created the 3D and the project began. Joe, our Project Manager, did a FANTASTIC job of keeping us informed on what was happening and when it was going to happen. The crews that they used were all very good, hard working and cleaned up afterwards. Leanna listened to my wife during the plaster and waterline tile selections so that my wife got the results that she wanted. Kyle came out to do the "pool school" and could not have been better at taking time to explain everything. The backyard oasis is everything that we wanted. This team did a fantastic job. The pool dig was February 21st and on April 11 was pool school. Could have been faster except we went out of town the week that would have been the plaster so they couldn't work that week
