  Every experience that I have at the store is a great experience. From the first time I walked in to purchase my bike , add accessories and now service the team there is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and really helpful. Ben in service specifically goes above and beyond to help me. Even though I am a new rider I am treated as if I were part of the family. Thank you Burlington Cycle Loft for being a local company that stil puts their customers first. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in biking.

  You cannot beat the services we received. From our first phone call and visit with Charlie, then Stu helping us with the details, then Brien and the install team, literally every single person in that place met us with a smile and a helpful attitude. You can tell that they are all just happy to be there and helping people choose and service their bikes. The passion is felt. Well worth the 40 minute drive for us.
