  Would NEVER trust the company after almost being ran off the road twice by the same driver with a CHILD in their car. Then the driver slammed their breaks at the destination (Saxon Village apartments) without warning causing my breaks to almost seize up. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!!!

  Called this company for a ride for one of my residents to get to his appointment. I am not sure who the guy is that answered the phone but he was Very Rude and Unprofessional! I hope he is not the supervisor as he said he was. I will not be calling this place for any further business and working in a rental property that’s a loss for you Sir!

  Horrible phone service. Rude driver. Was 45 minutes late and almost missed my surgery due to this. Medic services work with them, so ask to switch if they say these people picked up your ride. Biggest red flags for me: driver called and asked if I saw a cab, I said I'd go check. His response? "It's a simple yes or no, do you see a cab?" Driver called again, laughed about no one being there yet, said the closest is 15 mins out (making me miss my appt) to which I said I was already waiting over a half hour more than they were scheduled for. His response? "Well you won't get a ride at all then." He never gave me his name. Not worth the stress and trouble. At all.
