  I purchased an engagement ring from Cy Fredrics and my wife and I returned to purchase our wedding bands. When I started the process, I was pretty ignorant about jewelry and I felt very vulnerable, especially given the amount of money involved. Cy Fredrics' employees were very patient with me and they took the time to fully explain how I could get the best value for my money. They gave expert advice and knowledgeable opinions, but they also listened to what I wanted and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision that I was comfortable with. They weren't pushy at all and they really wanted to make sure we would love the jewelry we ended up with, which we certainly do! I definitely felt like I was treated right and I am very happy with the entire experience!
