We installed a new security system with cameras at a business in the Twin Cities. CWS helped layout everything we needed, installers were great and our employees love that we can keep an eye on their vehicles during day and night shift.
Our primary 24-hour monitoring station is located in Austin, Minnesota. To ensure continuous service during emergencies or power outages, we maintain a backup facility in Abilene, Texas. Both stations are staffed with trained professionals and equipped with advanced technology to handle any emergency alerts from your system. They work in close coordination with our office to provide comprehensive support to our customers at all times.
What if the power goes out?
In the event of a power outage, your security panel is equipped with a backup battery that provides 24 hours of continuous operation.
Can I have more than one (1) code?
Yes, our system allows for multiple access codes. You can create additional, personalized codes for caregivers, family members, or trusted friends. These codes can be set as temporary or permanent, eliminating the need to share your master code.
What is the call process once my alarm goes off?
When an alarm is triggered, our central station follows a standard protocol: first, they call the premises where the system is installed. If there's no response, they leave a message and proceed to contact the first person on your list. If unsuccessful, they dispatch local authorities with details about the type of alarm triggered. If the first two calls go unanswered, they continue down the contact list, leaving messages at each number. This process can be customized based on individual customer preferences.
Can I add a medical button to my security system?
Yes, we offer the option to add a portable medical alert device to any security system. This device typically comes in the form of a necklace pendant or a watchband for easy access and convenience.
