  Just had an AC issue in my unit. Maintenance Tech Josh did an amazing job getting on it and resolving the issues. He was fast and super professional. Very knowledgeable guy. If I ever have any issues again I know I’ll be in great hands.

  I generally like living at this property — the grounds are well kept, and the on-site staff has been responsive and polite. However, I’ve experienced a long-standing issue with the GE washer/dryer units provided in the apartment that has caused significant damage to my clothing and bedding — totaling an estimated $800–$1,000 in losses. I’ve reported this issue multiple times, and while maintenance has replaced the unit several times, each replacement has been with the exact same GE model, which continues to cause damage. I asked that the washer be replaced with a different brand or model, but was told by management that corporate will not approve this request. To their credit, the property did issue a $150 credit, and I was told GE may send another $150 (which I haven’t received yet), but this doesn’t come close to covering the actual cost of my damaged items. More importantly, the root problem remains unaddressed. What’s most frustrating is that I offered a very reasonable solution: I wasn’t asking for full reimbursement — I just wanted a different brand washer that wouldn't continue to ruin my clothes. Unfortunately, that request was denied. I’m sharing this in the hope that others are aware and that corporate management reconsiders how it handles long-term issues like this. I wouldn’t discourage someone from living here, but this situation has been very disappointing and could have been resolved much more easily with a little flexibility.

  Pretty happy with this apartment, I love the location and overall happy with all appliances and amenities. I love that can have my dog here! A+ to the entire Cuvee Team!!

  No tuve la mejor experiencia fuimos a aplicar y llenamos la aplicación mi hermano y cuñada y solo porq a ella se le vencía el permiso de trabajo y está en espera de residencia no ni los dieron sabiendo ellos q los otros dos inquilinos tenemos todo bien y solo pienso q fue un obstáculo q ellos pusieron o un mal trabajo bueno suerte los q vayan y apliquen porq solo sé q la muchacha q nos atendió Mirando ramos Díaz nos pintó palomitas en el aire para al final todo se volviera una mentira o una excusa.

  I just wanted to share my piece, I was scoping apartments, I toured with Logan and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with apartment communities. I can tell there are really great employees working for Cuvee everyone was so nice, and I would love to live here in the near future! Kudos to Cuvee.
