The tall sizes that Carhartt offers are great and super comfortable because I don’t have to worry about short sleeves. The staff is courteous and very helpful in helping customers find the products that best suits your needs. There is a very large selection and they will even help you by ordering products you need that they don’t carry.

The shoelace holder popped out and them is burst at the seam. I went to them in August and they willingly exchanged them. The owner himself came out and approved the replacement. He also added that he was very disappointed and said the warranty was for a year. I was very happy and thanked him. Today May 21, 2025, I was their guest again with the same problem. Again, my shoes are bursting at the seam. And today again the same owner came out and informed me that he would not replace them as they were dusty. (watch picture) To which I objected and said they were for work, not for me to admire at home. I have worn them and of course they are dusty. He said he refused to replace them anyway. I just left the store in confusion. I can't stand lying people. I don't like people who smile in your face but behind your back, think and say mean things about you. My older brother taught me this: never say bad things behind a person's back if you are a coward and afraid to repeat it to their face. I am done.
